This Privacy Policy applies to the Trahicle mobile application (Android package name com.gallant.trahicle) and related services provided through trahicle.com. Trahicle is an employee attendance, site-visit, and field-operations app.

Trahicle is a workplace tool for enrolled field staff of organisations that use Trahicle. It is not a children’s app and is not designed to target children. Anyone authorised by their organisation may use Trahicle; we do not set a minimum age of 18. If an unauthorised person has used the app, contact us and we will delete that account and associated data.
We collect only what is needed to run attendance, live duty tracking, site work, feedback, and sales-lead features. We do not sell personal or sensitive user data.
The app asks for location permission (including background location on Android) and shows an in-app notice before tracking is used. You can refuse permission; check-in, tracking, and some site features will not work without it.
Photos are used for attendance and field reporting for your employer, not for advertising.
We do not collect IMEI, IMSI, SIM serial number, or advertising ID, and we do not link persistent hardware IDs to your location or profile. We do not use App Set ID for advertising.
We do not use this data to show personalised ads in Trahicle. The app does not include an advertising SDK.
We share personal and sensitive data only as needed to provide Trahicle:
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We do not share data with data brokers.
Access to Trahicle APIs requires your account token. Photos and location are sent to our servers for your organisation’s operations. We apply organisational and technical measures intended to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, or loss. You should use a strong password and not share your login.
Play policy requires modern encryption in transit (HTTPS). We are aligning the Trahicle app API with HTTPS. Until that cutover is complete on a given environment, some requests may still use HTTP on the organisation’s configured API host. Do not use Trahicle on untrusted public networks if your organisation has not enabled HTTPS.
We keep account, attendance, location history, photos, feedback, and leads for as long as your organisation’s Trahicle account needs them for operations, audit, or legal compliance, or until your account is deleted. Local app data (token, cached profile, tracking flags) is removed when you log out or uninstall the app. If we must retain limited records after deletion (for example fraud prevention, dispute, or a legal duty), we will keep only what is necessary and for no longer than required.
Trahicle accounts are created when your employer enrols you. You can request deletion of your app account and associated user data. Freezing or disabling an account is not treated as deletion.
In the app: open Profile, tap Delete account, and confirm with your password.
Outside the app (required by Google Play): email crm@gallantsafety.com with the subject “Trahicle account deletion” and your registered mobile number or email. We will delete the account and associated Trahicle user data, except where we must retain specific records as described in section 7.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Trahicle’s data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the app after an update means the revised policy applies to that use.
This policy is the privacy disclosure for Trahicle on Google Play. It is intended to match the Data safety information we submit in Play Console. If anything in Data safety and this page ever differs, contact us so we can correct it.
